If you are under 21, GoaG put together an informative if unscientific guide to the Best Places for Underage Drinking. If you are a member of the NYPD and are looking to write some tickets, you may want to keep this guide in your pocket. If you are under 21 and get a ticket at one of these places, you may want to remember who told the Six Up where to find you. You're welcome.
