tranza Posted March 7 Report Share Posted March 7 I downloaded a mp3 from Napster but it was labeled as a wma. file.. Now I wanna delete it but it's not happening.. It says make sure file is not in use, but I'm not playing it.. How can I delete this piece of crap??------------------..It Wasn't Me.. idisyda Posted March 7 Report Share Posted March 7 WMA is the file extension for Windows Media files that ONLY contain audio content. Their MIME type is audio/x-ms-wma it's not an mp3usually if it's queued in your player then you won't be able to delete it.restart your computer or select another .wma file.If you have win95/98-2000 click cntrl+Alt+Delete and see if the WMP - win media player is still running and if it is end task it. and see if you can delete it then.------------------ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
