Hollywood diva Sharon Stone has dropped her lawsuit against the producers of Basic Instinct 2 - after agreeing to appear in the sequel after all. The Casino actress was about to embark on a bitter court wrangle with the oft- delayed film's producers - claiming she lost out on a role in Mr. Deeds by waiting for production to start - but has now settled her differences with them. In turn, Mario Kassar and Andrew Vanja - who said in court papers that Stone's set demands were outrageous - have put aside their differences to make the follow-up to the 1992 Michael Douglas-starring smash hit.

Totally, she's pushing 50 now. I haven't seen any recent images of her, so my judgement is out on if she's up looks-wise for the role.

I agree they should let someone like Charlize Theron play the role, I think she would do a nice tease.
