Guest JMT
The Governator has made "foie gras" illegal. personally, i dont see how people like this stuff. i tried it once, you can practically feel your cholesterol rising, tastes like pure sodium. and do you really want to be eating what a bird's liver could not process? their naturally instinct is to peck at crap all day long.-----------------------------------------------------THE signing of a bill by Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger last week banning the production and sale of foie gras in California was a watershed moment in a protracted battle of culinary politics. tgibson
Love the stuff, but sure why not prevent them for making it like that...Regardless, I am sure there are much bigger issues then foie gras worrying the animal rights movement.Ever see a chicken farm?
