Guest slamminshaun Posted October 12 Report Share Posted October 12 FEMA has given $21.5 million to over 9,800 Miami-Dade county residents for Hurricane Frances disaster relief. Indian River County residents have received only $20.5 million and were directly hit by the storm's 105mph winds!! Miami had top winds of 40mph, yet receive $1 million more in help? Amazing huh?
