Guest macboy
Are those high-speed Compact Flash cards (4x, 12x, 40x) any good for the point-and-shoot digital cameras? Will my Canon S410 be able to take advantage of the higher speeds, or is it a waste of money? Any other photographers with experience on this issue, feel free to chime in. Guest pod
The camera has to be specifically "WA" enabled to take advantage of the true speed of the cards...if it isn't the cards are still fast, but not worth the extra dollars, especially on a point n shoot digital camera, which takes it's time with an image anyway. Check Lexar's site for a list of WA enabled cameras.
