Don't get into a fight..the cops will beat the hell out of you2. For a Man or Woman don't expose anything from the waist down, The cops will beat the hell out of you3. Flashing is only legal on Burbon Street if you get caught..The cops will beat the hell out of you.4. If you need to Pee make sure you have $ to pay for it if you pee in an alley or street the cops will beat the hell out of you5. If you want to listen to house music you have 2 choices lol This gay club and the strip club right across the street6. If the cops find you with a sack of weed, the cops will actually be nice to you. I'm dead serious about that. We have seen this with our own eyes. 7. If you don't like crowds... don't go there lol here are 2 pictures from the balcony at 4 PM!!!
