are they gonna charge the 40 bucks every month too?

Can the Miami market handle that? In LA, Avalon gets packed to the rafters on $35 presales and $50 at the door to see Sasha every month. Is Miami a market that is willing to shell out that kind of dough to see what appears to be the same DJs every month?

ahh how spoiled we've all become

i don't think anyone should get their panties in a bunch. how likely is this going to be the actual schedule??? not very likely, i don't think. bring this thread back on 12/26/05, compare and contrast. i think it'll be about 50% accurate.

That is true. And I don't think Space will miss the 5 malcontents who don't go.

Conference hasn't happened yet. Someone might play somewhere that will get the attention of the club, and boom, he's booked. Look what happened with Nic Fanciulli. Played at the Radio One party, some Space people saw him there, and a few months down the line he's terrorizing the terrace. :o

I hope this year its Steve Angello that impresses the Space Cadets and finally comes down here more often. From all the guys in conference this year, he's the one in my eyes as the one who might impress the most.

Think about it like this:

Sander, Nic, et al are bi-monthly residents and OG is a monthly resident at a club in your hometown.

Be thankful that that quality of music shows up nearly every weekend in Miami cause it doesnt happen that way for very many cities.

The way some of you are complaining, you would think it was Baby Anne and Icey not Sander and Nic.

Personally I'm thrilled to see this lineup. First of all as mentioned there are certain to be many surprises throughout the year.... and many changes. I'd bet this schedule is put out there to get us excited (and maybe other clubs nervous) but geez it's gonna be different when it comes down to it.

And it does get me excited. Yeah, there's a lot of the same names but they are huge names. So what if they are here often? That just means you can afford to bitch out one weekend if you aren't feeling it. How this could possibly be a bad thing is not clear to me. Even if these guys aren't your favs, they're sure as hell big names that get a lot of folks excited..... I can see people coming from all over Florida every weekend with lineups like that.

God bless Space, Nocturnal, and Miami overall ;D

I wonder if Nick and Nic are the same dj's?

Identical twin brothers - when one is not in the mood, the other one spins.

looks like the same lineup every month

No no! To spice things up and add some variety, they are calling what used to be the patio/terrace, the roof! Lots of new and exciting changes at Space, people! ;D

I was wondering what the hell "the roof" was. Sorry, but I can't help saying "the patio". Roof schmoof.
