I think most of the locals have abondoned the area, and many tourists do not seem to know about it. It is very un-thuggish. But, yeah, the rest of the place is a mess. LOLI took some pix last night at like 3:30am. We looked out the window, and were like 'HOLY SHIT!!!!' It was like a parade, no joke. Actually very entertaining from above.
