I still like a good screwdriver now and again. But it has to have pineapple juice in it and be made with Stoli~O~. Yum!
Guest Devilicious
Tonic has about 90 calories and 23 carbs in an 8 ounce glass. Granted a cocktail only has about 3 ounces, but it's not zero cal/carb like soda water. Vodka has a few carbs also.Goose there's a drink similar to the one you mentioned. It's called a 007....... get it? hehe.

all4tribal1414779019
I still think going to the gym should be ur main priority, not talking bout him but just for anyone in general...yea u can start diets and drink whatever but u have to get in the whole habit of eating, drinking water, sometimes alcohol, and ur daily workout routine...walking for 20 mins to start off helps too

Remember that you dont have to kill yourself but just it going for a long period of timeI work out 5 days a week keep the carbs low dont drink beerCadio for an hour then work out for about 30 minutesits tough but i have taken off the beer weight
Oni1414777741
I walk to and from the gym so i can cut down the time i spend on the treadmill. I've been told that its better to do cardio after weight training but to make sure that you warm up before so as to get your heart rate up. The one question i have.....is it better to eat before or after working out? I go to the gym kinda late so i miss the crowds and its a little cooler. So if i eat before, im starving afterward. If i eat after...its almost 10pm. Anyone have some insight?
Guest PORNSTAR
Its better to eat after you work out because your body is already geared up to burn fuel......... i have heard its about 30 minutes after you work out

Anyone have some insight?if u eat before make sure its at least a hour to a hour n half+ before u workout(and make sure that you dont eat fast, like if u are in a hurry...because the faster u eat the longer it takes to digest)...i usually eat after i work out...what i usually do is take a shake right after i workout and than when i get home i eat (dinner)...i tend to workout after 9pm
Guest Ar
here lies the problem, now that im back in school i drink about 6-9 heinekens a night... thats over 1000 calories a night. so i thought maybe 5-6 cocktails instead of the beers may make the difference.i go to the gym everyday.. but all i do is 45mins on the treadmill.... thanks for the tips...
