all4tribal1414779019 Posted August 18 Report Share Posted August 18 here lies the problem, now that im back in school i drink about 6-9 heinekens a night... thats over 1000 calories a night. so i thought maybe 5-6 cocktails instead of the beers may make the difference.i go to the gym everyday.. but all i do is 45mins on the treadmill.... thanks for the tips...drink water all day long 5 days a week than drink ur beers during the weekend...u can do the treadmill as long as u want, but u still gotta lift up weights and eat healthy...u can start by going to subway...its up to u to make it happen, not someone else telling u what to do...if u dont have it in u n dont got the motivation than ur fucked Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted August 18 Report Share Posted August 18 I walk to and from the gym so i can cut down the time i spend on the treadmill. I've been told that its better to do cardio after weight training but to make sure that you warm up before so as to get your heart rate up. The one question i have.....is it better to eat before or after working out? I go to the gym kinda late so i miss the crowds and its a little cooler. So if i eat before, im starving afterward.
