another important question

Okay--how can I maximize the duration of my roll?? Should I take a few at the begining of the night or space them out?? any other hints??

It all depends on the person. I started taking 50 mg of 5-htp 3 times a day inbetween my rolls. (I roll about every 3 weeks to a month) My roll lasted a little longer, however, no matter how good my pill is, I roll harder than anyone you have ever seen, then after two hours it is over. It doesn't matter how I space them out, or how many I take. However, my friend usually pluggs half of one and takes the other half about half an hour later. By plugging it I mean stick it up you butt. I know it sounds scary, but once you do it I swear you will never go back to anything else. 90% of it is absorbed into your body. Thats the largest amount that can be absorbed, you get better results than snorting. Some people take one wait till they are peaking and take another. You just have to try it out for yourself. But when you are out of saratonin, you are out of saratonin, you could take a hundred pills and it isn't going to do you very much good. -SIN

Hehe, dont' I know this? I remember thinking that I could just take another pill and roll again. After about 8 in a night, I learned that I would be better off swallowing 20's. At least the paper has fiber.
