Guest slamminshaun
Consider these facts:Since 1995, only 1 out of 7 major hurricanes spawned in the Atlantic have made landfall in the US, however, the 100-year average is 1 in 3.The Florida peninsula alone saw 14 major hurricanes between 1926 and 1965, however, since then, only three major storms have struck. The last cycle of intense hurricane activity ran from about 1910-1960, peaking from the 1930s through the 1950s. The inactive phase that followed ended in 1995. The global warming theory states global warming is caused primarily by fossil fuels. The world has increased its consumption of fossil fuels consistently since 1910, however, the inactive hurricane cycle ran from 1960 to 1995. Scientists pushing the global warming theories have been unable to explain this. Dont believe the hype!!
Guest swirlundergrounder
So then what the hell do you think those fossil fuels do once they are consumed? Just disappear into thin air without affecting anything? So you're saying that burning fossil fuels is harmless? I guess you probably think it's safe to drink gasoline right from the pump also right? Or even better yet, you're probably going to say that if you lock yourself in a room with a car running in it that the fumes won't kill you....So where do those deadly fumes go then? Explain that to us S.S....
Guest michael^heaven
---Shaun, your post is a bit confusing. Would this be an attempt to link global warming to current &/or past hurricane cycles in relation to fossil fuel consumption??
Guest slamminshaun
---Shaun, your post is a bit confusing. Would this be an attempt to link global warming to current &/or past hurricane cycles in relation to fossil fuel consumption??Nope. It's an attempt to make people not just roll over and believe the crap they see on TV regarding global warming. I don't believe that hurricane cycles are caused by global warming. There were less hurricanes in 1965 then there were in 1910, yet there were 1,000,000,000,000 more automobiles on the road.

Guest PORNSTAR
I have been living in miami for a long time and i have been through many hurricane seasons but it has been really active the last 2 years thats it. the last big one to hit Miami was Andrew and that was in Aug of 92. think of it "A" for Andrew that was the first major storm of the season. Just in the past 2 years they have been starting early. its just the nature of the beast. if you want to live in miami then you're going to have to deal with hurricanes. If not move to Nebraska.Yes global warming is happening and its not getting better but i dont think its the problem with all the hurricanes. I work outside everyday and its hot. i think it was hotter than last summer. Weather runs in cycles always has and always will.
Guest rhythmburn
I do not believe 'global warming' as they call it is a man made phenomenon....I believe it is a normal part of our planet's climate algorithm. The planet has been heating and cooling for eons.
Guest JMT
i posted about this last year. hurricanes have cycles of increased and decreased activity that last for decades and this has been well documented. we are in a period of advanced activity. Guest LdySphynx
Why don't we just blame it on NASA like we always do, or don't they say that the government has a device that controls weather.....if I am not mistaken it's called HAARP and its in Alaska or California somewhere. Then again we can just blame it on ALIENS :!!!!!
Guest obby
Taken from a great post on CP Current Events from DrLogic:Global warming and cooling is a natural cycle the earth has always gone through for millions of years. I'm definitely not pro-pollution but can't take those who blame man for the warming seriously. Burning of fossil fuels may have an effect on the ozone, but it's miniscule when compared to the damage volcanic eruptions and the release of gases from the ocean floor. One large volcanic eruption throws more crap into the atmosphere than all of the pollution created by the combustion engine (world wide) since it's invention.I must say...........great fuckin point. Guest pod
The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an investigation project to "understand, simulate and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems". Started in 1993, the project is proposed to last for a period of twenty years. The project is jointly funded by US Air Force, Navy, and University of Alaska. It is said that the project is similar to numerous existing ionospheric heaters around the world, and has a large suite of diagnostic instruments that facilitate its use to increase scientific understanding of ionospheric dynamics. Though many have expressed fears of HAARP being used as a nefarious weapon, the scientists involved in aeronomy, space science, or plasma physics dismiss these fears as unfounded.Nothing really to do with weather control or environmental engineering.
