Please help - What cool stuff can I do with someone under 21 tonight?!?

I need some help here. I recently started dating a girl under 21 and I'm 25. I have _NO_ clue what the hell to do with her and where to take as obviously I haven't thought about needing to be over 21 to do stuff in 4 years.

Please let me know if you know any:

Clubs that let you in if you're over 17 or over 18?

Other points of interest for a weekend night in the city that wouldn't require you to be 21 (anything)?

Any interesting bars or clubs that just simply don't card. I'll throw one out, Chris' Jazz Cafe on Sansom near center city has never carded in my expirience.
