I was very excited to see this movie. Evrything and Anything with Pacino is a MUST for me. The movie is about a guy named Brandon Lane who is a former college football star who has the ability to predict the outcome of football games. Walter (Al Pacino), is the head of one of the biggest sports consulting agency's in the country. He then hires Brandon to be one of the sports consultants. Walter turns the small town ex-football star into a 'NY big shot" by making him appear on a once a week Paid programming show representing the sports consultaing agency, buying hime flashy suits, a mercedes and the whole nine. He predicts every football games outcomes and 9 out of 10 of them are correct. In the end its exactly what is expected he loses blah blah

Total disapointment and wayyy to long

tries to be Wall Street, but with sports gambling as the backdrop and Pacino in the Gecko role.

aside from a very few memorable lines and moments that hint at capturing the fever of gambling, it's not a very effective or enjoyable film, overall. i found myself not even caring about the outcome or characters.
