Roll w/cold

Can anyone tell me if it's bad to roll when you have a head cold? I've head a cold for a few days now and I was thinking of rollin this weekend but I don't want to hurt myself because of the cold.

I'm sure by Sat. I will have recovered substantially anyway but it's just a precaution.

taking e when you are sick is really not a good idea. granted, you wont die or anything like that but you will just make the recovery period of the cold that much longer, since e does lower your immune system. that is why you should always drink lots of juice before, after and sometimes during. so if you have to roll, drink mad amounts of juice and vitamen c.
