ANOTHER -E- QUESTION....IF ON AN EMPTY STOMACH WILL YOU BLOW UP HARDER DOES IT EFFECT

since the chemicals have to pass through your digestive system before they are transported to your nervous system, large amounts of food in your stomach generally act to delay absorption time of MDxx.

it's not that the total effect is reduced, but the delay in uptake time can sometimes be perceived as a weaker roll. cwm36.gif

True dat...you can eat up to 3 hours before...and during the day it is best to eat protein rather than carbs cwm20.gif

I would def eat something a few hours beforehand, esp. if you are going to be dancing the night away... you know your next real meal is at least 24 hrs away.
