pitch to relevant EDM-related mags:

DJ Mag, BPM, MixMag, etc...

also online pubs

and then if you want to get into guerilla marketing, hit blogs, msgboards, etc

start at the top, work your way down - just identify your target market and then send send send ur release/promo material

Yes, and no...

I'm signing on with Beatport (which is similar to magneticgrooves), exclusively.

So, I'm looking for other messageboards, forums, etc. to promote on.
