Consider yourself lucky. I've seen that a lot, is the garage covered?

When i worked in the BOA Tower (fka Centrust Building) the parking was $210 a month, and that was in 2002! Up here its over $10 per HALF HOUR to park in the garages. Good luck finding off street parking.

The MTA subway is my friend.
