all4tribal1414779019
I got back on my eating healthy routine again...but not the way where it gets expensive to eat healthy that you're like man this is too much! lolSo now that i stopped eating fast food and actually have to cook, I started obtaining new ideas and recipes to cook at home. I wouldn't consider myself a good cook.I made this thread for people that would like to share ideas & recipes of their own.I mostly cook fish(tilapia, salmon, tuna), chicken, and pasta. My recipes are real basic so its not even worth putting it on here lol. Would like to hear what other people do during their daily routine. all4tribal1414779019
Bought some frozen tilapia from walmart a few days ago. Package w/ 10 slices for around 7 bucks if i recall, thought it was a good deal. Specs if u wanna know i believe its 20 grams of protein, 0 carbs, 0 trans fat per slice. What I call easy cooking skillet pan large size on medium heat 1 tablespoon of olive or canola oil.add some green peppers medium slices, sliced onions, sliced thin zuchinis, sliced thin squash. wait a few minutes till it gets sauteed. Lower heat to low heat.add 1 tilapia(fish choice fillet) - depending on servings typical for one person 1 fillet will do just fine. Cook for 10-15 mins covered.note - i like the green peppers to get very mushy, gives a real nice flavor n taste to them.options - last night i added 1 can of tuna and it came out real good too. Delicious & Easy cooking that you'll be wanting more n more.

all4tribal1414779019
I've also added 1 slice of Pepperjack cheese sliced in small slices, just put it on top of the veggies and fish and let it cook covered till the fish is done. The Pepperjack Cheese will give a great spicy taste to the dish, something that ground pepper will not do.
