Guest mr.miami
I read all you books!Hey everyone! Joan Wilder! ;DIf you are making a Romancing the Stone reference it is funny cus the movie was never filmed in Cartagena. It was filmed in Mexico. One of the first things I said when I went there 17 years ago was this dump looks nothing like in the movie.

Guest nikkki
I love Cartagena...! I go at least once a year. One of my favorite places to visit... But I have to mention that the most BEAUTIFUL place I have seen in my life is a 3 hour drive from Cartagena. Its called "El Tayrona" where "The Sierra Nevada meets the ocean" Its VERY rural and untouched which makes it PARADISE! You're basically in the middle of no where but with a scenery to die for!So here's the plan, Cartagena and party..then spend your hang over at El Tayrona ...make sure to stay at least three days at El Tayrona! Here are some (39 out of the 672 I took)of my pics (of my trip a couple of months ago) One of my best friends invited 40 of us to his 33rd birthday party that he organized there.. http://www.kodakgallery.com/PhotoView.jsp?&collid=61721855405.355564755405.1166911359563&photoid=380473782405&folderid=0&view=1&page=1&sort_order=0&albumsperpage=&navfolderid=2006Also I really recomend this hotel if you ever choose to go to El Tayrona: http://www.koralia.com/html_esp/index.htmlAnd for those of you still concerned with security issues in Colombia. We traveled to El Tayrona with 40 people 28 of them were either from the U.S or Europe... we were in the middle of THE JUNGLE..and here we are..nothing happened ..The Colombian coast now a days is VERY safe VERY. Hope you guys get a chance to enjoy Colombia one day...the energy is insane!
Guest pod
As long as you're not in FARC land, you're good to go. Just don't be a stupid whiteboy tourist. Hell, they'll shoot you in Miami for doing that.
