I live in the same area as you (I think?) and it doesn't surprise me one bit that these brain-dead developers are having to stoop to unload their vacant properties. Uncontrolled and unchecked growth led to this. That simple. They're gonna have to make them (gasp!) rental properties to survive. i live on south beach...Ouch... fuck i wished i would have know about this...
