I have the right answer for you if it's not to late. When asked tell them a Snoqualmie Riesling will pair great with the stone crab. Since I work at Southern wine I took the liberty at looking at their invoices and Snoqualmie was the only riesling that came up. Let me know if you need to know of any other wines.
