copleyc Posted January 9 Report Share Posted January 9 Space is a night at The Gate (formerly Element) 714 6th St I think (back of the MCI center). don't know what it's been like since it reopened but the venue is pretty good. could be full of complete sleazemongers though. go and tell us all about it! vixenfoxxy Posted January 10 Report Share Posted January 10 I haven't been there myself, but a promoter for Space was talking with my friend and I and even he didn't seem to enthused about it. He made some comment like "yeah, they're opening Space. Ya know why it's called Space? Because there's going to be a lot of empty space." I was thinking about checking it out though. Maybe when I get back to DC. But Shawn Ink was already there once I think - Dec. 12th I believe it was. I didn't hear anything about how it was,though.
