Around the corner from Chevy's Restaurant. That's the one I go to. I do the run 4-5 miles during lunch, then go back after work and do light weights. Yes, there are still people working at dot coms...How do you fit it in? 2hrs at once, or twice a day?You must look GREAT!I work at a dotcom.I work out religiously! I need it, it serves as mymental therapy. For all you e-heads I'm not sure ifyou are aware of this but physical training increases yourseratonin levels dramitically. No matter how shitty yourday might be you can bet your ass your comin out of thegym feelin like a million bucks. That is just one ofthe many rewards of workin out.I played college football so a workout regimen has always been a part of my life. You find a way to work it into your everyday schedule. For those that have activelifestyles whether it be dancing, or rollerblading orskiing or whatever that's all good too. Now training is farbeyond anything physical, psychologically it is far more rewardingthan physical. Looking good is the bonus. And I work out at Power Factory in Queens. Love that fuckin place a bunch a diesel meatheads all tryin to outlift each other with workboots on. Keeps you motivated, this gym maybe has one woman who'd probably beat my ass. I like it like that, I go to the gym to focus on my workout, not some girl with a nice set a tits. We'll save all that business for World [This message has been edited by visions (edited 01-26-2001).]

aljedynak
I haven't worked out in a while but let me just say I have a lifetime membership to Bally's and they are some of the nastiest gyms out there. I'm sure there are a few good ones but most haven't been redecorated since the 80's, equipment is old and busted. Notice the ones in the commercials are always gorgeous.I used to go to Work Out World in North Brunswick, NJ which is very nice.

dmgreenz
Crunch - Broadway/Houston. not every day though - don't want to overtrain. ;-)it's less crowded than Lafayette. But, when it's late night, I hit Lafayette 'cause they are 24 hours.
