emo Posted April 26 Report Share Posted April 26 hmmmm, and you didn't even say 'thanks' for my help with your international sales contract...One would think you could easily, say: 1. compare the table of contents from a UCC 'nutshell' to that of a CSIG 'nutshell', 2. look at a decent outline for a Secured Transactions / Commercial Paper class, or 3. ask a classmate. You could also try posting you question on the infirmation.com board; which, one would think, is a more appropriate forum for these types of queries...
