Some of us are getting too fired up whether our NJ Dj's are better than our NY dj's. This is not a debate over which state is better. Each area caters to its own crowd and the shore is way different than manhattan which is different than upstate. Obviously if some European DJ ie Kai Tracid tried to spin at Temptations in NJ, people would pack up their gear and go home. Then there would be 100 post about how he is terrible. Its all a matter of opinion. If you are going to rate a DJ, rate him or her on mixing skills, record depth and variety, stamina, and energy, Not whether he blew shit up at Club Abyss one time.
