THanx !Is this a different question from the one you asked 10 minutes earlier?------------------"The world is a better place because of those who refuse to believe they can't fly." I go places,I interact...(What places?)Certain, clubs. Like, Paradise. It's not bad. It's just that feeling when you can take your shirt off and really dance. When the music owns you. Do you understand?

Don't mind the weight too much - concentrate on how you look and/or how strong you are. Originally posted by dolcemimi:Some tips would be cool ! THanx !It's awfully hard to tip if you've never met the person and/or don't know much about their capabilities, but keep this in mind: a) most of the "weight gainers" are really "fat gainers", carbs are not as necessary in the diet as they're made out to be, c) to get mass/strength use lower reps with more resistance and to get definition - higher reps with less resistance, and finally d) if your workout lasts more than an hour you're probably not working hard enough.------------------In G We Trust
