I;ve heard about their existance but was wondering what it was like, if anyone had been before. schwingep Posted June 21 Report Share Posted June 21 It's one of the most amazing spaces in NYC...it's actually PART of the bklyn bridge...I've been the last two weeks..the music is different each time, but always on the experimental tip, and the multimedia stuff is very cool...on the way to the bathrooms is the craziest lightbulb display, you don't even need to be fucked up for it to look trippy...also find a spot on the couches under the strobe lights.The first week was german minimal techno which had me dancing like crazy...last week was more like ominous tones and starnge sounds, nothing to dance to, but cool for electronica.Not going tonight, but will be back there next week (the last week of this show)The space lends itself to drug use if you like that to enhance the experience...just go with an open mind and not expecting to hear house music or anything like that.- Pete ------------------------------------------ Upcoming shows:I got some shite coming up, but forgot the datesweb site...Version 1.06 http://www.naked-edge.com/schwinge.html DJSchwinge@naked-edge.com Dreaming, Dreaming about tomorrow.....you'll soon know what I mean Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
