guest00901 Posted August 2 Report Share Posted August 2 yea my best friend became a vegan and her hair started falling out even more than when u jus brush it and a few strands come out, its something in the meat the protien and iron help ur hair and nails grow and stay strong. Beverage10 Posted August 2 Report Share Posted August 2 I wasn't eating enough protein, mostly dairy and pasta. After 3 months of this my hair started to fall out.
