Well as far as I know, declaration of war applies only against other countries. What would you do if this war lasted for a long time and a draft was instituted, would you still be so eager for it, what if you had to go? I just think people need to put things like this into their brains when they make these ridiculous statements like, "let's kill them all", in order to do that we will need ground troops, do you want to be the ground troops?
