He played small club venues in NY and NJ until 1990 when Superstar DJ Keoki and Michael Alig gave him his first main floor club debut for Limelight's Disco 2000 party. For the next two years he worked his magic on the main floor at NYC's legendary Limelight for Disco 2000, Lord Michael's Future Shock, and Alan Sanctuary's Millennium party. From 1993 to 1995 he implanted the trance virus through all fifty states and Canada while touring with the Roborave Party. He has spun for and shared the stage with celebrities like Robin Williams, Stevie Wonder, Madonna, former President Bill Clinton, and George Lucas. In 1999 he held his main floor residency at Webster Hall, a 40,000 square foot club in the heart of the Greenwich Village. It was here that he brought in the new millennium with an explosive 10 hour set. Divine blew up NYC that New Years Eve, sending chills through the airwaves as his mesmerizing music was directly fed via WKTU 103.5 FM NY.
