I've never been to Poor Billy's but im assuming it's cheesy (from what i've heard about it anyways)... But it's a pretty nice bar.. nice atmosphere... really good music (techno and techouse...not commercial crap)... It's usually pretty busy by 12:30ish... drop by and check it out....g.
