HELP!!! need to find some clubs to visit

ok people, I'm visiting NY in a couple of weeks time, need to know some decent bars, clubs, places of musical worship.

Please help me to find some, or else my sister will drag me round the "theme" bars, and I'll have to pretend to have a good time!! any info would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Soundfactory is def a good club to go to. Vinyl is another one. I wouldn't recommend Exit if you like to dance. I don't really like Exit because of the crowd. Limelight is good. Centro-fly and World are also pretty good (classy).

Actually, I agree with you. I don't like Exit's crowd too, very nasty. I forgot Limelight. Limelight is worth going too.

I am sure there are many people on CP that doesn't like the nasty Exit crowd. I mean whats up with all the big people without shirts and the attitude? Come on... ease up a bit. Dance and enjoy.
