WHy does this shit keep happening in NYC? this might be a terrorist attack. im angry not because of the crash but it happened again in NY. if it happened elsewhere i wouldn't be as angry. i am sure many of you can relate to that. The way I interpret this statement is that he doesn't care about the crash. Basically, he's discounting the people who lost their lives from this event.
