Some are easier than others and some have many more editing options than others - just go to google.com and do a search, and it will give you a bunch of results.The easiest one in my opinion is mp3 splitter - a small and easy to use program that does nothing except split files either by time or filesize. search for it on download.com.Hope this helps...
