az-tec Posted December 2 Report Share Posted December 2 Alright Im a total idiot when it comes to this stuff..how big are most of the clubs in NYC..IM talking about Square Feet....people give me #s llike this is 40,000 sq feet..and I have no clue what that means...what to compare it to...so can anyone help me? how many square feet would you say Vinyl is? Exit? SF? the former Twilo? and also places liek Cheetah? If a club is over 40,000 square feet e.g., Exit and Webster Hall, then it's approximately 60 to 100 times bigger than the average studio apartment. nightlifeunder Posted December 3 Report Share Posted December 3 to make it real easy 10 ft x10 ft room = 100 sq ft 50 ft x 50 ft = 2500 sq ft40,000 sg ft would be about a room the size of 200 ft x 200 ft a football field is 45,000 sq ft + the end zones which are each 4,500sq ft each if that gives you an idea..
