Help transform a turntable loving teen into the next GrandMaster Flash, Danny Tenaglia, or Sandra Collins. Hamilton-House one of NYC's 37 community based settlement houses, seeks experienced spinners to take part in a new DJ mentoring program for at risk youth. You'll teach teenagers how to spin during evening classes held, Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:30 pm, plus guest lectures about DJ technology and entering the spinning job market. But because of the CLubplanet, Mixer and other sponsors we will be providing, gear Vinyl, equipment, etc.... I have the cutest picture that I have to scan it's gonna be the poster for the project. Simeon Curry this absolutely wonderful man put this project together and we are trying to help him provide DJ talentto help these kids. I need people that DJ guys, girls, whatever. I am meeting him tomoorw night at the center.Sorry we can't provide mentoring right now. But we are working on having a CLUBPLANET Consorteum on DJing in the near future.Whoever volunteers I can guarentee that they will get more exposure to their djing, gear, vinyl, etc....
