In New Orleans there's this place called Cafe du Monde... one of the oldest cafes in the city... anyway one of the few things they serve is Beignets, a french donut that is essentially a Zepole (sp?). So of course when you eat them you get sugar all over the place. So "beignets" is what we came to call the.... ummmm... sugar that gets on your nostrils...
