Usually the teacher gets in more trouble since the teacher is the one who's supposed to 'not' let things like this happen (they usually can't teach anymore in the state or whatever).The student can get suspended too, though... On the real, this happened at my school with the sexes switched around. You know, male professor and female student.What happened was that the girl (who wasn't good looking IMO) decided to tell her sorority and one of those jealous bitches let the cat out of the bag.The professor was allowed to finish out the year and then had to leave. I have no idea what happened to him after that because this happened my senior year and I never bothered to find out the end of the story. The girl did not get into that much trouble, she was just reprimanded and put on social probation which is a slap on the wrist.
