What's the DC scene like? Are there dress codes at Buzz like in Miami? CP meet-ups? They selling tickets in advance? Plus, any information on afterhours would be greatly appreciated. vicman Posted December 11 Report Share Posted December 11 joeygk, yeah there are tix availablle in advance through ticketmaster, they are $45 plus the ticketmaster fee, also if you stay for the following night (Friday) you can get in free with your ticket stub to Buzz, Chris Fortier is scheduled for the following night.Doors will open at 9pm and the event will run until 6. A lot of CP people are going and have already bought their tix, so a meetup should be in place soon. There is no dress code at Buzz, so even if you wanna go in wearing only skivies they will let you in. You can also get mor info on Buzz at www.buzzlife.comI'll PM you more details. joeygk Posted December 11 Author Report Share Posted December 11 Just save your money and plan on coming down in March. The Winter Music Conference is f@%king insane! The Ultra Music Festival at bayfront park alone is worth the drive. On any given night you have 3-4 superstar dj's at every club in the city. During the day you have the best dj's spinning down-tempo, chill out beats at all the hotels and lounges. Gatecrasher, Minstry of Sound, Cream, Radio1, Twilo all had tents set up. The streets are packed, its usually around 80 degrees and sunny.........I had a blast last year! The only down side is that every year its getting bigger and bigger and It's almost impossible to get into some of the clubs! Last year you had to be on a list, to be on the gueslist, just to stand in line at Crobar for Sasha and Diggers- WEAK! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
