i think saleen has a point, flooding the boards with promoting threads is irritating, but if you've checked lately there are so many hot parties out there. Saleen, chill out. All this promoting will die down. But you should notice that there aren't that many people writing any other kinds of threads. Personally, why would promoters use the promoting section if no one even checks it anymore! Most the people on that list probably just love music and want to let people know what's going on. Maybe you should try to write more threads to counter act this promoting wave.
