If you get a chance check out the Gallery@ the Turnmills on Monday. Apparently Tom Stephan (superchumbo) has a killer residency there on Mondays called "mundochumbo." I was there for four months, so I tried just about everything. As soon as you get in to town grab a timeout magizne, and look under clubs.....they will have the definitive list of whats rocking on each night. When I was there.....Sunday at Limelight was huge, it was an event called Church. (proggy-house of course). Monday night was Metalheadz w/ Goldie (crazy f@%king shit, mostly D&. The first thursday of every month is Bedrock@ heavan, but don't go there if it's not Bedrock night b/c all other days its a Gay club. Friday night belongs to the Turnmills and Fabric. Fabric is amazing the biggest club I've ever seen, HUGE. It usually has everything....... progessive in one room, weird dubby shit in another, and always jungle upstairs (plus there residents are craig richards and terry francis- enough said). Make sure you get lost in SoHo.....there are a million record stores.......they're everywhere. We wandered into some lil' record store that was a Plastic Fantastic knock-off, and roger sanchez was autographing copies of "another chance!"
