I know at least 10-15 of my guy friends that have used it ages range from 20-32. Remember that it is a stimulant and you will notice an elevate heart beat, but it's been done on Pills, Kathy, Tina, Georgia, etc...sometimes almost all of the above and all live to tell the stories.Now if you have heart problems or panic attacks, I might advise against it.
