milamber3 Posted January 30 Report Share Posted January 30 if they attached the file properly then there should be a little paperclip button in the top right of the email that you can click on and select the attachment. at that point windows will ask you if you want to open the file or save it to a directory. just save it where you want and it will be there in the right format. if it saves like that as a .eml or anything that it shouldnt be then they attached it wrong and they need to reattach and resend to you.
