canadiankitty
I was looking around last night in the nutrition store for a supplement for serotonin production. I've heard a lot about 5-HTP, but I was reading in the big book they had in the store that Niacin (vitamin B3) promotes serotonin production as well as aid's with sleep. And it's considerably cheaper ($40 for 60 5-HTP, $6.99 for 100 Niacin). Does anyone know which is better, or have first hand experience with either? Thanks! The Kitty *mmmrrroew*
xtcvitality
5-htp is better, it is a direct precursor to seratonin.

elpapi
OK, I used to have a job in which I was drugs tested every once in a while; I dont now much about drugs and shitt., but some people at work used to say, that a few pills of niacin will clean you up.-- is it true? I just want to know. And by the way, it will make you itch, but only if you take like to many at the same time. otherwise you will be ok.
