dub16
I think a communications error has to do with whatever cable you are connecting your camera to your computer with. Did you set it up properly? Maybe its loose? Sorry, I also don't know a lot about this. Is there a number you can call to ask for help?
klubkat
If your are running XP see if there is an update for the camera's software......
mur
maybe your pictures are bad.. kidding.. kidding... Ok it depends, I am sure it is an USB device so hmmm You can try these 1- make sure it is connected correctly.. 2- check to see if it is installed to your computer (software).. 3- re-install it, if it is installed 4- download the latest program/driver for your device from your camera's official website.. (you can download the sofware and the driver for your device, so it can run on whatever windows you use with no problem.. ) 5- read the instructions booklet again carefully 6- call
