djmikedr Posted February 20 Report Share Posted February 20 If I take a stereo wav and want to make it mono (for then which the file size halves) it works fine. I'm using SoundForge.But when I try to convert it to an mp3 (using MusicMatch) it is the same file size as the original stereo file.Am i doing something wrong, or does the mp3 format only accomidate stereo (as with Cda)?thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
