Good for one chilling night, its also a club/lounge.But then again, if you want to reserve, Budget eating in Miami Post. would be ur best bet! if not, in between SPIN and RUMI there is a cuban cafe that has the funk of funk of the cuban food, very cheap, the most u pay is about $4 per person...
