cotoncandydream
B2K TO DELIGHT THOUSANDS OF FANS WITH 1 DAY, FIVE-BOROUGH TOUR NEW YORK--On Monday, March 11th, Epic recording artists B2K will participate in their own version of the New York Marathon, performing in each of the city’s five boroughs in a single day. The whirlwind event, officially titled B2K To You, will feature pop music’s newest stars performing at schools in Staten Island, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. The day’s main event will be held in Manhattan’s Bryant Park (41st St. and Sixth Avenue), where B2K will host a free concert for their fans---the performance will take place at 3:30 P.M. The school visits are in conjunction with SHINE (Seeking Harmony in Neighborhoods Everywhere), a national non-profit organization that uses art, music, technology, and sports to engage and empower young people to take a stand, use the voice, and impact their world. B2K To You comes one day before the release of the group’s self titled debut album. Their first single, “Uh Huh,” recently held the #1 position on Billboard’s Hot 100 Single Sales chart for a remarkable eight consecutive weeks. Their latest single is entitled Gots To Be; the David Meyers directed video has just been added to BET’s play-list.
